The outdoor product range can withstand some rain, but teak needs oil treatment and iron can rust. To ensure that your products will last many years, make sure you treat them appropriately.

In Little People Company we only use FSC certified wood from a sustainable forestry. We believe in maintaining and caring for our planet, so that our children can take over one day.

Where are the products made?
All our products are made on the African continent. Primarily in Southern Africa. We want to support the economic development of Africa, through fair trade.

Why are some of the products different?
Our products are hand made. The more people that are involved in the manufacturing of our products, the more people we directly and indirectly support. One employed person, supports ten people, so hand made products have a direct economic impact.

What sort of people make the products? Do you use child labour?
We work through formalised employment structures to ensure maximum transparency. We encourage women and marginalised people in the work place and do not use child or illegal labour.
