|  | This is the Terms and Conditions for all deliveries from LittlePeopleCompany ApS, Strandvejen 660, DK-2930 Klampenborg. CVR number: 30357086. The terms and conditions are valid, where no other written agreements have been made between the customer and LittlePeopleCompany ApS.
Delivery and risk of goods Delivery time is shown on the product sheet for each product and is generally 3-5 days for products in stock. It is possible to order products that are not in stock. If a product out of stock is ordered, you can choose between a complete delivery and successive delivery. When choosing successive delivery, please note that the customer pays for the extra transport cost. Transport costs must be paid prior to each delivery. The customer will receive a new delivery note before each delivery. Delivery of goods from LittlePeopleCompany ApS is considered done, when the goods have been handed over to an independent transport company. The risk of the goods is placed on the customer, as soon as the delivery has taken place, even if the customer is not at home, when the goods are delivered. The transport company contacts the customer in order to arrange a day and time for delivery of goods. If the customer has agreed that the transport company can put the goods in a garage, carport or the like, delivery of goods is done, without a by the customer signed receipt for delivery. If the goods are removed by a third person or damaged because of weather conditions, it is the customer’s risk of goods. The products are not packed for inappropriate weather conditions. |
Payment The registration- and bank account number will show in the order confirmation. Orders will be dispatched when the customer has paid the full order amount. The order number must be included in the bank transfer. Concerning payment for goods out of stock, please contact customerservice@littlepeoplecompany.dk for information on when payment is expected.
Product quality All LittlePeopleCompany ApS products are hand made (see supplier transparency) and therefore variations must be expected. Colour nuances as seen on your computer screen, may vary from the actual colour of the product. The furniture range is for children’s daily use and is not suitable for adults. The furniture is of high quality in many cases would nevertheless easily carry the weight of an adult The felt products are made of recycled felt from other product lines and thus, differ in their form and shapes. No felt product is the same.
Care Painted and varnished furniture is cleaned by wiping a wet cloth without soap. Teak furniture can be treated by a, for teak, suitable hard wood oil. All outdoor furniture must be looked after carefully in order to ensure longevity. Slip covers can be washed at 40c on the special care programme. The slip cover does not tumble-dry, should be stretched after washing and must be put back on in a semi-dry condition. Only furniture listed as outdoor furniture is suited for the outdoors.
Claims All claims must be made by email on customerservice@littlepeoplecompany.dk Transport claims: At the time of delivery, please check the furniture for any transport damage. Should this be the case, please contact us immediately. Product claims: Any defect or flaw in the product must be reported to LittlePeopleCompany ApS immediately. It is the customer’s duty to inform of defects and, if requested, show where or how the product has defects/flaws. Guarantee: LittlePeopleCompany ApS offers a guarantee according to the Danish law for consumer rights, at the time of the purchase. The guarantee is repealed, if the product is used for anything, but its intend and purpose. If the product has not been treated in a reasonable manner the customer looses the right to complain. Returning products due to a claim can only take place if agreed with LittlePeopleCompany ApS.
Return policy The customer has 14 days to return a product, beginning from the time of delivery. The customer must return the product in the exact same condition, quantity, packaging, as it was delivered. The customer pays the cost of returning the product and carries the risk for the product, until received by LittlePeopleCompany Aps. If you wish to return a product, please contact us on customerservice@littlepeoplecompany.dk. Following your notification, we will give you an address and instruction on how to proceed with your returned goods. Products that are returned to LittlePeopleCompany ApS without prior agreement are not considered returned, according to the consumer’s right to return a product. |
